I created Juice image viewer as a custom image viewer with exactly the functions I need.... have a look at the page here....

I am curious about its features compared to the default Windows image viewer. I might give this a try to see if I like it better. Can we zoom in/out with the scrollwheel?

Zoom in/out is only via the zoom in/out buttons (see screenshot)

Ah ok. I Always found it faster to use the mousewheel since I'm impatient :P
