ICE Compiler wins the June 2016 Monthly Project Award!

So the tie-breaker poll almost ended into another tie, which would have forced us to extend it in some sort of sudden-death fashion, but finally it ended with a single vote difference, with 17 votes distributed across the two entries.

ICE Compiler has the extra vote and has thus won the Montly CW Project Award for June 2016. Congratulations @PT_ and great job to everyone else for their contributions! :)

What data do you have about votes? If you have timestamps, maybe you could say (in case of tie obviously) that the winner is the one which reached 9 (if the tie is 9-9) first.
Not relevant here since there was no tie but in case there is another tie next month and you don't know what to do :P
