Ok so I'm quite busy with real life stuff since May began and as a result I had to put many projects on hold, and need extra sleep. While I can sometimes prop up forum activity by posting, I don't think I can do much staff work until June 4th, so if you @Streetwalrus @Juju @aeTIos @Ivoah @Cumred_Snektron don't mind I'll probably redirect some tasks or activity propping to you if I there's too many requests or can't be active. My first week of vacation lasts from June 4th to 11th so I should be fine afterwards unless I'm really exhausted.

THis is also why there have been no contest this month (the second reason is that I don't have enough money to pay for prizes this time around)

Heh, everyone needs a break once in a while. Have a good one, DJ.

This is effective again until july 17 at the latest (I might still post news/move/split topics but no big work on the site)

Bump: You might have noticed my decreased activity as of lately. For some reasons I feel more tired than usual lately and I had muscle pain (probably because I had a lot of vacations and my body did not adapt in time when I got back to work?), so I didn't feel like posting much, especially on mobile. That and I have a bit of stuff to do soon so as a result, my staff duties will remain reduced for an extended period of time.

Just take a break when you need one DJ, it's not like you alone got to got to do everything on your own  :)

I honestly wouldn't mind a dedicated page for ads. (totally optional)
Watching a couple vids to earn some revenue for CW would be nice. (especially if it helps support some contests)
It would be just for the site. There shouldn't be any reward for doing it.
That was poorly worded... I hope it doesn't come over the wrong way.

What do you think?

like a "I am bored show me some ads" button or something?
I think I'd use it, too, if it would support CodeWalrus. :)

Pretty much like that! It would be nice especially if it meant more contests or cool things like that.

Would such ad be even viable, though? Plus most ad companies disallow encouraging ad clicks anyway. We might eventually have ads, though, but they won't be large.

I doesn't need to be encouraged. There are many apps that give you 'credit' for watching videos, I don't see how this is much different. It is at least worth a try if it isn't too much effort to set up.

Well, if we have to get some ads here, I'd try Project Wonderful. Pretty popular among webcomics since it's the Dinosaur Comics guy who started it. They have a pretty interesting way to buy ads, based on auctioning.

Ah ok, Inever heard of them. I wonder if they are reliable?
