If you like my work, why not give me an internet?

Yuki

It's doable, apparently. But no chords or anything.

Well I know 2-string guitar exists, and people attempted playing with 1-string ones.

I wonder if playing any decent music would be doable with just 1 string? :P (eg let's say you're out of money, absolutely wants to play guitar but you broke all but one of your strings.

Oh wow, nice. Gonna have to listen to this later at home.

Also I need to experiment with mixing keyboard with Music Generator material. My keyboard has some interesting samples. I suck at piano, though :P

It isn't that great in my opinion, but it isn't my taste of metal anyway.

It's kind of hard to say what subgenres I really like. I have been a lot into Dream Theater lately, like a serious lot, but I also like artists like Metallica, Megadeth, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden (and Bruce's solo career), Firewind, Sabaton, etc... I just don't like metal/mathcore, djent and most nu-metal (Linkin' Park and Slipknot, but I do like SOAD).

Aah ok I was unsure if you were more into the power/heavy side of metal, death/black or more progressive/slower stuff. I'm not as much into progressive because it's hard to headbang to and I like some faster songs sometimes. Maiden is one of my favorite bands, as well as Sabaton, Twilight Force, Stratovarius and Sonata Arctica. But I am not very familiar with melodic death metal artists yet although I like that genre.

EDIT: I finally watched the video above and I am impressed by how it turned out. I'm not a big fan of this type of metal, but I am surprised it came out well despite not using much strings. :P

Now that you mention it I kinda agree lol. I also noticed that some power metal or death metal signers look more like popular MC/DJs that mix dance music in big clubs. <.< In power metal case, it's mostly the very new and obscure bands, though.

I don't know what's up with that. It's a new trend apparently. Kinda hate it.
