Play the fullscreen version and press F11 (or press the fullscreen button at the menu screen).
Juju has yet to find a fix for this game :/

Yeah, game is buggy, even on the official website.
When you lose, most of the time, it gets stuck.
It's supposed to fade the background and enemies to black and prompt you to try again.
Refresh dah game if you want to play it again
