given 694 members (693 without you) with average age of 18 (guess it's higher), it would be almost 12.500 years..
Pretty impressive  O.O Are you a wizzard?

Hi Omnimaga and thanks

BOOT Code is 5.1.5.0014
BASE Code is 5.1.5.0019

I haven't tried one of those games you mentioned yet, to be honest it is more important that I can write my own programs (in C) than play other games. The simplest example in MateoConLechuga's C kit, a hello world example, produces the error "Error: Syntax"

If I can't produce the simplest of programs then it is pretty useless to me. However, I will try running one of those games when I get the time. Thanks for your help!

Hi I am codewalrus' newest member (I guess) I am from the UK and as of the moment I have no calculator which I can actually program! Due to events described here.... https://codewalr.us/index.php?topic=1520.0

My background is mainly C++ with some commercial experience in gaming and image processing.

Glad to be on the forum!  :crazy:

In my case the calculator was being advertised as a TI 84+CE even though it was a TI 84+CE-T. The guy who sold it to me said this was unavoidable... he said it was due to amazon making it hard to get the item listed as a new item in amazon itself.... seems pretty poor of amazon!

Thanks p2. The return has already been arranged  :w00t:

Calc Projects, Programming & Tutorials / TI 84+CE-T
August 15, 2016, 02:41:13 PM
Hi this is a warning for any European ppls such as myself (I am in UK)    [*EDIT* this post was a FALSE ALARM, he he]

I ordered what I thought would be a TI 84+CE from amazon.co.uk, only to be sent a TI 84+CE-T, which is the European version. I was very disappointed to find C development (using MateoConLechuga's C implementation) impossible on this model. So, if you are in Europe, and want to program in C, buy a TI 84+CE!! From the US!!

Many thanks!  (-_(//));

*EDIT*
I got the thing working in the end! The rest of this thread has the details if you need them! Cheers guys
