General Music Talk / Re: Songtradr and Bandcamp rant
October 25, 2023, 07:11:45 AM
I was also super unhappy to learn about the news. The good news is that we still seem to own our purchased music. I should make a point of downloading it. If bandcamp goes under, there will likely be a different platform to take its place, but of course that's suboptimal.
Thanks so much! I was always wondering what to go for and seeing the lack of doom on the numworks really is a detractor. I'm buying a cat instead.

I'm not expecting anything but I am excited to see what they're making. If they can come up with something competitively priced I'm sure it can take off.

well, if were doing official stuff that is. I'm just flailing around in other cases.
What I've always wondered: Is amazon really that big? I've never ordered anything from it.
I don't mind it being 60 euros, it is a huge game.
welcome to blizzard games
Yeah I played it for over 100 hours but then I got overwatch and lost interest <_<

I have noticed how usually it says "you should pick at least X entries" but now it says "you can pick X max"; lol.
Anyways, so is @aeTIos going to continue this? Personally i think making a list of all projects seen during the month is a good idea, even if you dont vote on them
Most likely we're gonna ask people to enter their project into the contest if they want to participate - unlike @xlibman I don't really have the time (and mainly motivation ehehe ^^') to round up every updated project of the last month :') Either way the format won't change very significantly otherwise. Watch the upcoming news articles for updates.

I'm no fan of these tests. They give off a sense of validity even though they are just poo. Intelligence can not be tested in 15 minutes by an online test. To really test someones intelligence they need to be seen by a  qualified professional with a standardized test.
It's not the last. Not sure why @xlibman wrote that. We will probably be going through some format changes to reduce the load on staff, but it won't be over :). I have updated the OP to reflect this staff decision.
