Why your avatar?

So, why your avatar everyone?

Mine because Harpo Marx is the best silent comedian in the world.

I also thought that is was time for a change from my awesome unicorn avatar.

Mine is Satsuki Kiryūin from Kill la Kill because, well, I'm your (benevolent) dictator, right? I need to inspire terror on your face!

(I've set it up on April's Fools and it stuck ever since, because why not? It used to be my character Yuki Kagayaki before.)

Did you watch Kill la Kill? She's definitely scary. Or not that much. Well, at least until episode 17, anyway.

My avatar is just the avatar version of CW logo I guess, with of course Walrii in it.

Until December 2014, I used pictures of my music albums as avatars (usually the latest release or the one in the works). Before I started selling music for a few years, I used Omnimaga's 2001 logo as avatar (I used the same avatar for over 5 years)

Well, my Pacman sprite was actually made by me for a game I worked on.
It should have been a mix of Tron and Pacman and Curve fever, with a retro VFD look and glowing, but I never finished it.
So I just scaled the image up to 1024px and used it in many online forums.
It replaced my old South Park avatar.

People started using custom pixel art as their avatars. Wanted to get into the trend, so I rolled my own. Also I'm a Linux fan if that wasn't obvious.

So basically, judging from the resolution and colors, me and Cumred got SNES avatars, Street and DarkestEx NES and Alexgt Intellivision.

@Streetwalrus your Tux avatar would need to have only 1 color per row of pixels (excluding transparent pixels) to be 2600 (like the Walrii in your large signature banner).
