Dream of Omnimaga

It almost ended all in late April and at another point in the past, but I finally managed to have stuck around for 15 years. July 4th 2001 was the day I got my first graphing calculator: a TI-83 Plus. I always dreamed of making games at the time and that dream was finally about to come true. When I started programming that beast, I was just 4 days away from turning 15, which is around when most people start calculator programming, and it's hard to believe I spent half of my life in the TI community in some ways.

Thanks to those who helped making this possible  :3=

The answer is "Sure."

Dream of Omnimaga

By the way @Dudeman313 , I noticed you have been much less active in the last few months, especially recently. I hope it isn't because you planned to stay in the TI community 30 times shorter than me O.O

Ah I see. I was a bit worried because most people who joins the TI community while they are 10-12 years old quit after just 6 months or so D:

It's amazing how fast time goes by!

Thanks for all the amazing work you have done over your time Kev!

Personally, I think the years that went on the fastest were the last 5, especially after I stepped down from Omni. Not because I stepped down but because I had been around for a decade already and for some reasons life seems to move on faster after we turn 25 or so, even when I have a lot of moments of boredom. Thanks a lot @tr1p1ea . Also I am glad I first met you on Maxcoderz way back in September 2003.

On a side note the chronology of my TI calculator releases is located at http://tistory.wikidot.com/kevin-ouellet . It of course excludes the shovelware that I made back in 2002 (I mention Omnimaga Pack, though :P), else the list would be too cluttered.

I wasn't, and I think Dudeman is younger than me (maybe? I may recall that conversation wrong)

Yeah he is. You were the same age when joining Omni but you joined in 2014.

Also I feel even older now that I am 30 and did calc stuff for 15 years. @Art_of_camelot might probably discovered wwha I am talking about several decades years ago :P
