Title: HTML Trolling
Post by: xMarminq_ on December 30, 2016, 08:34:23 PM
This is hilarious. I use Chrome, but that's all I know that works.

How to do:
•Right click thing(s) you want to edit (May require many double clicks)
•Edit for comedic effect (You could do a image or text change)

Here's an example (I did only a picture, I promise ;) ) :

thats actually the most boring way of trolling as you only troll yourself.. <_<
but you can take that to another level...

go to a friends computer.
setup XAMPP and a HTTP server (it should run on http://localhost/:80 or something like that.
edit any site as written above
SAVE the changed site and set it running in XAMPP
edit the C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\host document and add a redirect from the original site to the edited one
tell the friend to visit that site

Generally, I consider an HTML page as trolling only when it actually trolls users viewing its generated page. :P

The worst are scripts that get yoy stuck inside an alert loop such as those rickrolls and make the browser window shake. But that is not really HTML-only

By the way, you should make sure to select the right sub-forum before posting new topics, because I had to move two non-calc topics from the calc projects section recently, including this one now.
