People with similar hobbies also generally have different ones as well, so I was wondering what were they? It can be anything offline, online, in real life of course.
I myself usually spend time watching Youtube videos of hockey games, sometimes play Minecraft, retro games and sometimes I play Starcraft, do pixel art or hang out with some friends to play video games or talk. All of this is usually done while listening to music.
My biggest hobby is programming :) (surprise!)
Let's see.
-Gaming
-Hacking around with the GameCube
-Programming
-Cycling, forest rides are fun, especially in my area which is pretty hilly.
-Anime
-Screwing up messing with Android
@Ivoah &
@Streetwalrus which platform do you like programming on more, which language and what kind of softwares (games, OS mods, etc)?
*bump*
I like to mess around with stuff. Also, I like to play Minecraft, take stuff apart, fix stuff, program (of course) on Scratch, Linux, SmileBASIC, TI-BASIC, and Python. I also like to play on my 3DS ,DS lite, and GBA. When I get bored, I tend to listen to the radio and read, or play Ace Combat on my 3DS.
There's me.

My preferred language is python, and I like making little tools.
Me, I like messing with PCs, gaming, playing the guitar, reading a book (sometimes), and listening to music. I'm really into nintendo gaming, you could call me a hoarder although as of lately I kinda stopped that due to money problems :P
I definitely like messing with PCs and other such devices, I also like anime, reading some webcomics, listening and playing some music, also writing some stories too.

JWinslow used to use Scratch actually. My only gripe about it was that unless you managed to make an executable out of your code, you had to go on Scratch website to play it, and the .exe hijacked the PC clipboard. I need to look back into SmileBASIC, by the way, since I have Petit Computer.

@Ivoah do you still do Lua and PICO-8, by the way? I remember you ported Cumred's raymarcher to the Nspire, but then I haven't heard anything new about it.

You no longer like going out with me? D:
(Just kidding, I can understand it's hard since you came back to school, as my weekend is on tuesday/wednesday or monday/tuesday and yours is on saturday/sunday, which makes it hard to do anything >.<)
I love messing around with computers, reading, singing, and...reading? I also love to play games, but I don't have any video game consoles...:blah:
I'm really into coding, but I can't find the time or concentration to learn it. I wish I knew what I know now when I was 8 and started messing around with my iPod 2G, which led me to Jailbreaking. Outside of those, I like watching movies and playing with my sisters ;D. So, yeah. :walrii:

Ah, yeah, chilling out with friends, very important. When they're available an the weather is nice, that is. Speaking of which I have a kinda lightweight schedule this semester.
Another issue is I'm older now and I don't like spending an hour outside at -30°C waiting for buses and walking after working from 8 am to 5 pm sometimes outdoors x.x, so even alone I don't go out as much during winter. >.<
Outside of programming and school my life consists mainly of music. I play a lot of instruments: percussion/drum set, piano, banjo, and accordion. But I also like to play video games. I have s sega Genesis set up in my room which I play Mortal Kombat, Sonic the Hedgehog, and Streets of Rage on.
- SSB4(3DS)
- Clash of Clans
- BTD Battles
- Volleyball and Basketball
- Watching TV or Youtube

OMG Street of Rage is awesome. I want the 2nd game since ages but it's hard to find here (in Quebec, Genesis games are much cheaper because they were never really popular here, so I am waiting for a lucky deal)
Also you should post some recordings of your music stuff :)
I like to collect vintage computers and play games that utilize one's mind. I also like studying the details of artistic expression.
- UT2004. Lots.
- Computer repair/maintenance
- Amateur radio / shortwave listening
- General tomfoolery with electronic circuits
- Watching How It's Made
- Having more swag than you
You only play one game? O.O
Also about shortwave listening, I hope you don't listen to stuff you're not supposed to :P
I can verify, he mostly plays the One Game. UT2004 is also the only computer game I play aside from a little Minecraft on occasion. After all the game tends to be exciting sometimes! ;D
Can confirm, haven't really played anything but UT2004 in the past year. At least 95% game time spent in UT2004.
I entirely forgot to mention that running this forum is also a lot of fun ;D

What about games you played during your entire life? Did that only include UT too? :P

When you ban someone you become a walrus? :P
But yeah back in 2008, me and
@netham45 kept banning each others from #omnimaga back and forth for fun. That was some power abuse we did, back then. :P
- Programming (what do you think? CSE Hybrid Basic)
- Playing Melee competitively (as I've gone to my first tournament, I can call myself a competitive player now)
- Playing the alto sax, bassoon, and piano
- Playing GC, Wii, 3DS, and my phone

I didn' know you played music 123 . Did you ever record yourself so you can showcase your stuff in the instruments thread? :3=

Once, where I played a cover of a somewhat-famous jazz song. I've uploaded it too, so I'll
strut my stuff!
(ok I'll leave)
Lol. I am curious about how it sounds like. Also I wonder how many people here have tried to play Never Gonna Give You Up using their favorite instruments? :P
On a side note, this is not really an hobby, but I recently went to a 80's arcade (which also had 70's pinball machines) with juju and plan to come back early in the week when it's less crowded. It was awesome to be able to play all those old arcade machines. All were unlocked so you could play for free. The only condition is that you had to buy a drink (or more if you stayed for a long while) and of course it's 18+ since it's a bar. If my workplace and home were in downtown Quebec, I would probably spend my nights in that neightborhood. :P

I played MechWarrior 3 back when Windows 98SE was still considered acceptable, but didn't start gaming again until Bosaik introduced me to UT99 and Cemetech introduced me to the far superior UT2004; overall the gap was about 7 years I spent not gaming. I've recently started playing Team Fortress 2 and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, and I am not sorry.
[edit] it's all adriweb's fault
I didn't know that Bosaiknet pre-dated your Cemetech join date O.O
I coud havesworn I posted here, but heres what I enjoy doing:

Do you only listen to Michael Jackson and nothing else? O.O
Also
@Unicorn you should share your Arduino projects on CW :)
Yeah, I will, when I finish something :)
Well, I guess I can add managing my site to my list...
Do you do a lot of website stuff? If you enjoy doing it and do it often, then web designer would be one of your hobby.

Not really, as my site isn't even finished yet, but it is fun, and I only get to it when I'm at school on account of this slow Lenovo Thinkpad x61s.
