Yeaaaah, this is definitely how you get auras. I do that all the time.

Simple test for if you can 'see' it

Small flowers with small brightly coloured or pastel petals

After some rain, and not with bright sunlight, for best (most obvious) results.

(the petals should 'glow')


There are various other 'proofs' of subtle energies you can do eg with crystals, but I can't be bothered to discuss anything here

Is this not just Heiligenschein ? In which case, that's just a thing that happens with light.

they don't have a aura AROUND them they glow the petals themselves
