I could turn that into real code. The only reason I haven't already is because I just downloaded Project M on my Wii X|
As long as you don't permanently quit calc/computer programming just to play Project M/SSB :P. It seems to be the new WoW/Minecraft lately

If you don't have Project M, the only thing I can say is get it. But you need an SD card larger than 512 MB, since that's the one that comes with the Wii.

And don't worry, I'm not quitting programming. Just, uh, evaluating the game on a developer level. Yeah.

You want to port Project M to the CSE? O.O

Kidding aside, I need to ask my bro if he doesn't mind that I hack his Wii since it currently runs the official firmware. I also want to play those custom MKWii tracks

You don't need to hack the Wii, just put the files onto an SD card, then that into your Wii. Also, I was thinking if I could do Super Smash Bros Open justice. I believe it would be possible. I'll probably try it, and if it's successful I'll make a post about it. But, of course, after I finish my current project :)

Oh Ok i thought the Wii had to be hacked or modded in order to run any homebrew stuff.

As for SSB on calc it would probably be too slow on the CSE but we never know if you display multiple sprites through a single sprite command. Chars would have to be 8x8 max.

I would also like Aqua Wars, that one spaceship shooting game  and Dragonslid 2.0 finished first but it's up to you :)

I will finish Aqu-Wars and Dragonsglid 2.0 (note to self: come up with better sounding name) first probably. If you're referring to Photon, I still have to do the story, but that's mostly complete.

You do need to use a hack to run homebrew, but installing a hack to the console isn't required. There is a hack that can be launched by opening SSBB's stage editor with the right files on the SD card, so if you're fine with doing that every time you want to run homebrew, no modifications have to be done.

That's cool, then. I'll have to Google how to do it when I have some time (and a spare SD card).

We should probably get back on-topic now. :P

You'll need an SD card above 512 MB (the one that comes with Wiis) and 2 GB, which PM won't work on if you have more than 2 GB.
Anyways, DJ, do you think you could split the PM discussions stuff into it's own topic? Much appreciated!

What needs to be 2gb? And do split the discussion @DJ Omnimaga

Project M is awesome. It's like melee, but with a brawl roster and graphics and all kinds of cool stuff.

I heard some people say it's like a fixed SSBB. I wonder why?
