I haven't really used it for something useful personally, but I don't think the 3D builder really is a worthy CAD tool.
I think Google Sketchup has a free version, and Autodesk Inventor also has free 3-year student licences (though it can be harder for you to obtain one). You can also look for other tools yourself, just make sure that the tool you use is a CAD tool and not a modelling tool.
Well first, I'd have to know what the difference is :P! I've never used a 3D printer, I  just really want to get one and make cool stuff. :P

My mom told me yesterday that she'd never get me a 3D printer.  :'(

They say that 3d printing is the future, so in 20 years you'll probably have one. Then again, they also said that about flying cars.

I'll buy one when I can, but I really wanted to learn this stuff now...
And I don't even know which project is more focused on now: flying cars or self-driving ones?

Self-driven cars are definitely more being focused on than flying cars. Of course, my comparison was a bit skewed because flying cars are a lot less practical than a 3D printer :P

That actually isn't that bad, Do you know that model it is by chance?

It depends on how much you have done it, I being inexperienced takes a while but I haven't optimized everything yet

I don't know if there is a 3D Printing cafe or something like that where you live but if so you could start there. I don't know how expensive that would be though.
