As it turns out, the game finally no longer have any plan for a secret dungeon, since it's now a secret boss that replaces it.
The following two songs were originally for the RM2K3 ROL0 remake and later slated to be used in Superstar Hero instead, but I don't think they'll be used, finally, either:
