Ah I see. I am not into Wii hacking because I checked once how to hack MKWii and it sounded like a long and complicated process and the Wii I have here is not mine.

There is now an update available for SMM adding a key item like in Super Mario World and pink coins to make it appear. I don't know if it's paid DLC, free DLC or just an update, though:

Well, this is a free update :p For Wii hacking, I was just saying you can't legally play it on an emu, but you can 'hack' your Wii without risking anything. It uses RiiVolution, a software which allows on-disc games to be modded :p

Yeah I know about Riivolution. It seemed tedious to install MKWii custom tracks, though.

As for Mario Maker, thanks for the info. I wonder if one day they'll add the ability to upload full worlds of 4 stages each, to increase the worthiness of thr 1-up mushroom...

Then I doubt I will be able to beat it. I wonder how much harder it is than CW Castle of Doom, though. So far, that level still has only been beaten one time, by @Art_of_camelot , out of over 200 tries. I have another level that has only been beaten once, but it has fewer plays. I don't think I have any level with a completion rate of over 10%.

I really want to get into SMM again soon. I noticed they added new items. Something I wish is that they added those green apples that added extra time to the timer in SMW, so we could do extremely long door levels with checkpoints. It would almost be an adventure game into one level lol.

But then it might piss off people who are doing the 100 level challenges

Which reminds me, I hope they still add new features despite the NX coming out next Spring. Some games stop getting new DLC or updates about 1 year after coming out.
