Oh right, imperative verbs. In French it's kinda used as orders too. For example, "Lose the game"

So I just discovered that when the movie The Matrix was first promoted in France, the title they used at first there was "Les Jeunes Gens qui Traversent Les Dimensions en Portant des Lunettes à Soleil", which means "The young people who travel through dimensions wearing sunglasses."

Good thing they changed it, because that would have been the worst movie renaming in another country ever

Good thing this truck signage wasn't in French with the wi-fi sign meaning "e" because even without the bottom part it would still have sounded questionable XD

This is not a marketing nor a translation fail, but I cannot wait for the day when one of those pie companies will hire a new English to French translator guy who doesn't do his job properly

I think it's more that most stuff made in China is made on the cheap side to save as much money as possible and thus, ends up being rushed.

There was one (in a local chain) that said:

"Banana's bye the each - $10"

Here are my problems with that:

Bananas cannot own anything, let's face it.
Someone needs to go back to first grade and learn homophones.
"by the each" is just widely-used incorrect English
$10 for three bananas is just too freaking expensive.
