Hi I am into UK Hardcore, Techno and other sorts of music, have been experimenting with Reason lately (I have pretty much no knowledge of production) and have made a few little tunes, the ambient ones seem to be the better ones, one is a bit like an Aphex Twin tune. Here is the link if you fancy a listen....

Yay for UK hardcore. I made some songs of that style actually. I'll listen to your ambient stuff when I get back home :)

I just listened to your songs and my favorite is the 3rd one (I, Muted). It was a bit strange at first around the 2:10 mark but once the beat starts then you listen to the song again you get used to that part. Also the 2nd song would probably fit perfectly for certain of those indie platform games. It also reminds me of Minecraft, but with extra beat. Do you have more songs in the work by the way?

As for my stuff, it would be best to continue in my topic to avoid hijacking yours, though :P https://codewalr.us/index.php?topic=68.0 (which has the URL in the first post). I also have a mashup/remixes topic at https://codewalr.us/index.php?topic=1335.0

I was intending to try not to make anything else.. yet..  as I'm not very good and I tend to upload stuff, then listen to it later and think it's awful... lol

That happens with our early songs I guess, but practicing doesn't hurt. That said, I noticed that when you learn to make a genre in particular, you don't only have to listen to existing songs then try to make your own, but you also have to repeat that cycle a few times, because the first few times you'll forget some important parts. For example, my early songs barely had bass and a few even lacked an actual bassline. :P

My favorites gotta be the ambient songs, especially Purrr. Also I heard Operand A and I'm glad you're starting to make your own hardcore :)

There's always the private matters section if it's not way too personal for that either :P

Also I didn't have time to listen to your new mixes yet but I like how you have one with only Dougal and Gammer stuff, since they are two of my favorite DJs and artists. I skimmed through the mix and recognized some classics I listened to a lot (although as with most songs, I never remember the titles)
