Cool. I wish you good luck to finish it in time :). Do you plan to add special stuff like keys?

Oh I meant to open doors and go further in the maze. Also looks nice so far for 4x3. :)

Walk through of the game in it's current form. Game-finish screen isn't implemented yet, and the map isn't necessarily final either (duh). Obviously since it's a puzzle game watching this will spoil some of the puzzles but if you're interested, click the spoiler.

I go quickly, so if you miss something you might have to re-watch part of it. Some of it is easier to understand when you're actually playing the game yourself though.

Do you mind if I host a copy of the game after the deadline is over on djomnimaga.codewalr.us? That way when/if your server experiences downtimes people are guaranteed to have  a working alternative to play your game. Does it require installing special stuff on the server, though?

@DJ Omnimaga I can provide you a zip file containing only the files needed to host the game. Just tell me where to send it. I didn't include them in my entry submission because they aren't the source files and I didn't want them to get confused with the source files (although there are instructions on how to make them yourself if you're feeling adventurous :P ).

You can send them to the same address I guess. I'll upload them to my disk space.

Glad this was finished in time. It seemed pretty fun from the screenshot and when I tested the entry to see if it worked. :)

CSE version completed & uploaded, link in original post.

Weird technical details for anyone interested:
- Written in assembly
- Entire program is compressed, except for some loading code that decompresses it at start
- Decompression is pretty much instant as it turns out.
- The map is 8064 bytes uncompressed, 1500 compressed.
- The code is 1759 bytes uncompressed, 1359 compressed.
- I wrote this in like 8 hours, I have no idea how I didn't run into more bugs than I did.
- The Game

I was curious if it was written in BASIC or ASM since your Bejeweled clone is in BASIC. Looks nice and I am impressed by the speed considering the squares size and slow CSE LCD.

I also lost from your post <_<

Indeed ^

It's a joke site, since ram is hardware :P

It even displays a fake progress bar!
Also I didn't know downloadmoreram.com updated their site, it used to look so early 2000s.

Yeah I remember that site lol. I am willing to bet that some people actually fall for it, though. Good thing they don't charge money for downloading more RAM, else some people would get scammed hard :P
