Wow. I hate those movies soooo much. It's like people are running around outside during a tornado while sharks somehow manage to land on someone when there's a very high likelihood that they'd not get hit. Also how does a shark break through like 2 feet of cinderblocks. To me it just makes no sense. I'll probably watch it after it comes out on Netflix though. :P

Also are you referring to the third movie or the series in general? The third movie is recent like in the past month the trailers have started coming out but the series is probably > 3 years old.

That movie is meant as a parody of bad disaster movies I think. But I personally don't like them much since they are too exagerated. I prefer comedy/satirical movies spoofs such as Scary Movie and Hot Shots. That said, IIRC Scary Movie and Scream were published by the same company, so perhaps that helped. :P

And yeah I only saw the 3rd movie trailer. I didn't know the series existed until today.

I think they need to teach actors how to hold guns, because if they weren't blanks there would be no way they can hold the guns off there shoulder on full auto <_<

Unless they are trying to spoof Terminator movies, where the terminators can shoot rifles one-handed.

True, but it doesn't matter I think in parody/satire movies.

I thought this was cool:

Basically they took a Pee Wee hockey team and got it to play in the brand-new NHL-caliber (or future NHL team) arena in Quebec City before everybody else got the chance to do so. The kids did not know where they were going until they arrived on the ice.

Indeed, but as a kid, when you realize that you are skating on the ice, in the large rink where your favorite major junior hockey team (which draws 7000-11000 fans per game) is gonna play and that you know that one day, a NHL team might play there, it must be something. Even as an adult it would probably feel special.

It will be quite intimidating for the kids when they will play mini games during Remparts intermissions though, since half of the crowd usually stays in the stands between periods. If I don't work on September 12th I'm gonna try to go to the first game, if it doesn't sell out before I get to buy tickets (it shouldn't, since it's junior hockey, but we never know since it's their first game in this building), else I am in vacation the week after so I could instead go to the second game.
