The November 2016 Monthly CW Project Award poll is now up!
With thanksgiving, upcoming school tests and holidays approaching, November was a slower month in terms of projects, but the following list and the poll looks a bit smaller than that partly due to how four of the November projects that were active already won a previous iteration of the Monthly CW Project Award (ICE Compiler, CEmu, C SDK/Libs and Reuben Quest 3), so in the end, there was still a ton of activity on the programming side of things. This makes it a total of 17 entries out of 21 that are eligible for this month:

Not necessarily. A lot of Mexicans are the main contributors to allowing most of Quebec to be fed, because they are almost the only people in Quebec who are interested in doing farm labor anymore. >.<
Anyway back on topic, I hope that more people vote for the December CW award. Many did at first in this award but then it seems to have been forgotten D: (14 voters is the lowest total so far)
Maybe. What surprised me though is that the lower vote count happens on a month with less projects, meaning people had less projects to check out to vote. Maybe people were just way too busy with finals.
June: 20 voters 28 projects
July: 14 voters 25 projects (26 including past winners)
August: 18 voters for 18 projects (19 including past winners)
September: 19 voters for 33 projects (35 including past winners)
October: 22 voters for 23 projects (26 including past winners)
November: 14 voters for 17 projects (21 including past winners)
Both June and August tiebreaker polls got 17 votes each.
That too and gift shopping. :P
EDIT: Also in the Netherlands, from which we got a bunch of members from, they celebrate Sinterklaas on December 5th-6th instead of Christmas when it comes to gifts, for the most part, IIRC.
Lol that would be cheating
