Dream of Omnimaga

Those are cool chiptune versions of Final Fantasy 9 music :D

And Final Fantasy IV

Another rendition of FFIV, this time from the Wonderswan Color console:

(Btw, I think at first Final Fantasy IV was supposed to be a NES game, but then they decided to scrap it then made a SNES game instead)

Nice!

I love chiptunes, I usually listen to SlayRadio while coding (http://www.slayradio.org).

Lately I've been listening to New Retro stuff which can be nice. Like Lazerhawk for example:

Yep, Slayradio is definitively a must for video game fans.

Also yeah I noticed that nowadays people make music of older genres again, such as synthpop and italo disco. A lot of the new stuff is pretty cool and true to the original genre. :)

Here's a very nice one that bb010g linked to on IRC earlier: A c64 cover of Daft Punk - Get Lucky :D

I should check something in Pocket Music GBC to see if I can mimic Stereo music, because I have an idea.

The GBC does have stereo capacity. Let's hope that yourusic software does too.

I think it does, but the problem is will the sound clip really bad if I keep switching back and forth?

Also @bb010g wow that Monkey Island song is awesome :O

Also it appears there actually was a MSX version of the first Final Fantasy. The music sounds much better than in the NES version IMHO:

And if you check Gurgu Volcano song, you'll notice this version sounds closer to the Final Fantasy IX version:

That R-Type song is awesome.

Also that isn't really chiptune but it's from the SNES. Nice Super Metroid remixes of Metroid Zero Mission, Fusion and the Game Boy game:

For those who are fans of Doctor Who, here are some nice 16 bit covers of the main theme :D (the first being Sega Genesis style and the rest SNES)

I am unsure if this qualifies as chiptune music, but it sounds quite close and I like it:

You probably have heard it from RainbowFox.swf already, though.
