It is possible, CVSoft wrote a python program and solved it 1.5 min after I put the challenge out. Holy crud.
This is off-topic, but did you know that in French, the word "morse" can mean both "morse code" and "walrus"? So basically, if a post is translated from French, then there are possibility that it might be talking about :walrii: code rather than morse code. :trollface:

I wrote this code down not using any software nor calculator nor written stuff, the entire encoding//decoding is done in my head, so it's not too hard.
Bonus points if you answer in the same code, without using tools as well :thumbsup:
