It does tend to be. A lot of the off topic stuff is just ridiculous and sometimes the off-topic stuff gets split for being off topic.

Yeah we need to work on the off-topic part maybe. But that happens with every new forum anyway. Ideally we might need to start a general banter thread about certain subjects like CPU's if we feel like talking about them. :P
