I use Piskel as well! It only require a tiny bit of background knowledge, but anyone who can use the internet can use it.

I don't think so. I was actually considering removing some recently or at least removing the tag list from the first post, because they've been abused quite a lot in the last few days. Either way it would be best to not spam Walrii smileys on the shoutbox. A walrii post every now and then is enough.
