Title: Telegram CW group vanished?

@Juju it seems that the site Telegram group vanished off the face of the Earth. It had been unsynced with IRC/WIRC/Discord for months now but now it's completely gone O.O

I guess the Telegram group won't be restored since we completely switched to Discord (meh), even for Staff groups?

A staff would need to create a new group and link bot himself
