More seriously, we should be able to keep it up above 1K posts/month, but more than 2500 is gonna require many more members. :P
Assuming we can bring some extra life into the community with three differently-operating forums (which makes the community more diverse IMHO) and get more users, I think getting 2500 could be possible in long terms. Maybe even higher if things goes like in early 2010, but again that was due to Axe and Ndless coming out simultaneously (and Axe being new).
And yeah the spam trick wouldn't work since I would just substract spam topics out of the total. :P
