Title: Is the calculator a good idea?

I found this TI83 (I kinda want just the plain old 83) on ebay with 15 minutes left.  Does it look like a good idea?  It is interesting to note the seller listed it as an 83 plus!  :)

I wouldn't pay more than $10 , because when you factor in shipping charges, the price skyrockets fast for me
