This may help a little:

"Multitasking does not necessarily mean that multiple tasks are executing at exactly the same time (simultaneously). In other words, multitasking does not imply parallel execution, but it does mean that more than one task can be part-way through execution at the same time, and that more than one task is advancing over a given period of time." - Wikipedia

So, multitasking is probably going to be very hard without having multiple cores. (I'm pretty sure the z80 only has 1 core...)

Just try to make sure to optimize your code very well to get the fastest speeds. That is pretty much the only way I can think of getting the "illusion" of multitasking.

Ugh, I hate apple computers, now their tablets are okay...

But, they probably won't glue phones together.  :blah:

at least I myself never even touched any full metal case that was less than 10 years old <_< except for a macbook which doesnt count xD
Dude, that's because most of the cases are made from carbon fiber and glass.

Yay I'm here to the rescue!  :P

I need to ask you some questions first: What type of motherboard are you using and what type of cooling are you using?

If you are using a micro-atx motherboard, I would recommend the Thermaltake Core V21.
If you are using an atx motherboard, I would recommend the Fractal Design Core 2300.
If you are using a mini-itx motherboard, I would recommend the Cooler Master Elite 130.

Actually, water cooling will do well in the micro-atx and atx cases, probably not the mini-itx one.

Also, what are the parts that you have already chosen for your PC? :P

This is really cool if i do say so myself. One of my friends had one of these watches on and I thought it was cool, but I did not know it was really cool until I saw that you can play games on it. That just blows my mind because you can play funner games on that around $100 watch when there are like no fun games on the $300 apple watch.   Looks like you are accomplishing things, I think... if I've read anything... not sure.

@DJ Omnimaga , I've been saving up on things for it and I am completely done, except the CPU, which I'm hopefully about to order again. Some summer school work and band camp have been holding me though.

Please everyone, post any stories about how you or someone you know has been scammed!

So, I have not been on the forums for a while because the mobile platform is pretty hard to use and I don't have a working computer. I have all of the components for my computer besides the CPU, and here's why.

I don't have a debit card anymore, so buying the CPU on the website Superbiiz was going to be hard. My parents didn't want more of their information everywhere so they wouldn't create an account to buy the CPU on Superbiiz. My parents did have an Amazon account, so I found the same CPU for a slightly more expensive price from a foreign company called chienglin. We ordered it and after 20 days, it never got to us and they company removed their account from Amazon. We eventually did get a refund from Amazon, but that company still has money that we have them.

Oh, I guess I should have clarified this earlier: I meant that you would use ICE to make the OS, not turn ICE into an OS. You would obviously have to add some boot features to it from a computer but for people who do not understand anything, they could make the OS in TI-Basic, then have someone else add finishing touches for like pointers or something... I don't know.  :-|
