What were you testing with your post notifier by the way, DarkestEx?

Also does it handle topic title tags such as [xLIBC][TI-85 Premium CE]?

I was testing the visual and hearable notifications.
They work!

I don't know what you mean with "handle".
If you mean simply displayed, yes it does.
if you mean to strip or color them; not yet, but I can add it on request.
