The program can't start because CXCORE097.DLL is missing from your compuer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
I also get the same error with CV097.DLL and HIGHGUI097.DLL.
I use a 64 bits version of Windows 10 by the way.

fixed - the DLLs are now included in the zip
and
i use a 32 bit version of windows XD
