Lol, you don't need me actually to do that Pokemon game. I'm pretty sure you'd only have to change the data (sprites and text), and data is all in appvars

(Well, it's mostly in appvars, that's why I said "pretty sure").

Yeah, because Raichu's ears and tail don't look like this, they're different from Pikachu's ears and tail (the belly too but I guess we don't see it on the walrus).
This is probably closer to a shiny Pikachu than to a Raichu
