THis was the cutscene that played during the final minutes of the original Final Fantasy XIV:



The game was panned by critics and Square-Enix thus decided to shut it down and release an improved game known as A Realm Reborn: Final Fantasy XIV. But I thought that the way they shut down the original was epic

wooow that sure is a nice ending ;D
That moment the dragon broke free O.O that was really an epic scene :D


but after that I actually expectet lots of stuff to happen but it seemed to be like "lets put 15min of a movie into 5min"... :/
also when that wizard used his powers to save everyone alse knowing he himself would die...
NO anime would have ever used that scene without a propper super-sad flashback and tears running own his cheeks. Rather unimpressed :P
