Do you mean that everytime you use that app, you have to RTFM because it's impossible to remember everything by heart? Because that would apply more to xLIB APP for TI-84+ calcs :P (and to a lesser extent xLIBC)

Yeah, it's a command line application and the docs are huge and it's impossible to remember how to do something. :P

But thats just the general area. If you look carfully you will see a mountain far away behind the two closer mountains, the city is beyond that mountain.

Right, that's what I guessed, then.
ffmpeg -i input.ext -o output.ext works out of the box for most use cases, though. Otherwise I just ask the Great and Powerful Google.

Well once again there is dense city,  based on industry,  beyond the mountains. The picture is more to show the general landscape upon which it was built. If it wasnt that fogy the city would be visible. ;)

Aren't lone mountains like this (as in, not part of a chain of mountain) ancient volcanoes? For example, Mont-Royal in Montreal was formed from volcanic activity millions of years ago IIRC.
