Yeah I miss that skin, it was kinda cool, but I guess it was very dated by then (you no longer see any gaming site with such fancy design). Such site design fits more for an actual game now.

As for Montréal I forgot. I think it was because Orlean Express was on the verge of bankruptcy and planned to slash bus ride costs for the next fall at the time ($25 rides to MTL). As for going to MTL I believe it might have been Heavy MTL.

It is not. We reached the point where our site is so customized with plugins and at the mercy of SMF's crappy non-modular plugin support that now the only way to upgrade most of our plugins is to edit the SMF source code directly. (we didn't yet for the most part, but we will have to, just like Omnimaga)

I love that pic. It reminds me of Secret of Mana title screen (one of the best action-RPG for the SNES). Someone should make a lower resolution and bitrate version of this like on the NES.

But yeah I pretty much gave up on CE Textlib 3D for now anyway lol. It's just a major PITA to get horizontal 3D to work right.
