If that's final fantasy with pony sprites then there is also moemon in a similar style which is a pokemon fire red hack which replaces the usual pokemon sprites with cute girls. Also there's an mlp version.

I was actually surprised to see a graffiti of MLP. Most graffitis are usually random drawings or text. This is the stair next to that MLP graffiti, for example (EDIT: Actually it's another stair nearby. The one next to the MLP art looked similar, though):

I wonder if it has something to do with that post-it war between Beenox and Ubisoft last Fall?

That said, downtown Quebec City is littered with graffitis and street art, so I bet we could get surprised by more unusual art if we look more carefully.

It's been a while its been there, apparently, nothing to do with game developers. And yeah, that's another staircase nearby.

Right now, Beenox and another game developer nearby are busy with Pokémon Go, so you may see Pokémon stuff nearby.
