She lives kinda close so it might work for her to come over so I don't break my PC :P
lol, that would be even better :P But, actaully if you follow directions, it usually comes out well. :)

Even better when you pretend you know nothing (which is true as far as this) and let her do everything, I might even learn something :P

You probably will if you watch closely, usually, when setting up a virtual machine, I do it once, and remember it.

No need, it does it for you if you don't partition it. ;)

Why? Just in case you want to downgrade? I think there are procedures for that that will save your data...

I should do that to, but I'm kinda excited for multiple desktops to improve multitasking. that's the one thing I likes about macs, ya know.

Yeah, multitasking is a useful skill :P I need to work on it as I can only work on one project at once :P

Linux and OS X had the feature since quite a while, nice to see Windows has multiple desktop support as well, it's pretty useful and I do that all the time on my Linux and Mac machines.

Yeah, it's way helpful when researching little tidbits of code and it's also good for tutorials :)

If you don't mind waiting a year, you could wait until then then only install Windows 10. By then, most recent softwares will have been updated to run on Windows 10, if they don't run on it already. I heard  that most stuff should run with no problem, though. Otherwise, a VM might be your best bet.
